Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times depend on the shipping type selected. The following shipping types are available from Mike Davis:
- Pick-Up Point Pick-Up: 2-3 business days***
- Standard Home: 2-3 business days***
- Shipping to Azores and Madeira: 5-12 business days***
- International Shipping: Variable
For security reasons, Mike Davis will not ship any orders to PO boxes or military bases, nor will orders be accepted when it is impossible to identify the recipient of the order or their address.
Orders will be processed, only from the date of confirmation of payment for the orders and if the part(s) are available.
In case the product is no longer available due to out of stock payments will be returned.
You can purchase from MIKEDAVIS.PT from any of the destinations listed below. Shipping charges associated with the order are billed per order, meaning that if you order more than one item, you will only pay shipping charges once.

Exchanges and Returns
Before making an exchange or return always check that you meet the following standards:
- The products must be in perfect condition, preserving the original characteristics (not used, nor washed, with the interior and exterior labels and with the respective purchase receipt);
- The packaging must not be damaged beyond what is necessary for a careful opening;
- In pack campaigns, and in case of return, the campaign discount is cancelled, keeping the conditions of the same;
- In case of being entitled to the offer of a piece under a promotional campaign, you can only change the color or size of the offered piece. The offered piece cannot be returned or converted into monetary value. In case of return of the purchase entitling you to the offer it will be lost, unless the customer pays the value of it.
Product exchanges can only be made under the following conditions:
- The item has nonconformities and/or defects;
- Mike Davis sent a wrong item;
- On purchases of equal or greater value.
For all other situations a refund will be given.
Mike Davis reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges outside the time limit, if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or do not meet our conditions.
Exchange and Return Procedures - Portugal Continental
At Mike Davis we always want you to be satisfied with your order, so we have an effective and simple to use returns and exchanges service.
Exchanges and returns are free at Pickup point in mainland Portugal and can be made on an extended schedule, through the more than 600 Pickup points we have at your disposal. Returns by home pickup method are possible and free.
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reference of the order you want to return/exchange. Within a maximum of 48 hours you will receive an email with the return label which should be printed.
2. Fill out the returns and exchanges form (it is attached to the order) indicating which items you want to return, the reason for the return and, if applicable, the ones you want to exchange.
3. Pack the items in the original packaging, properly closed and in the condition you received it. Place the pre-filled return form inside the package along with the invoice. Then just paste the label we sent over the previous one and deliver your order properly packed at a pickup point.
1. In order to schedule order pickup, send an email to email@example.com with the subject "Domestic Pickup" and the following information: Name; Order ID; Address and Day for Pickup. It is recommended that the pickup address be a location with extended hourly availability to ensure a successful pickup.
2. Fill out the Returns and Exchanges form (attached to the order) indicating which items to return, the reason for return and, if applicable, those you wish to exchange.
3. Pack the items in the original packaging, properly closed and in the condition you received it. Place the pre-filled return form inside the package along with the invoice. On the day of collection you will receive an email and/or SMS from the carrier indicating the time interval in which the order collection will be processed.
Exchange & Returns Procedures - Portugal (Islands) & International
Mike Davis does not offer exchanges to Portugal (Islands) and International orders. Returns are possible, however the return and cost of the return are at the customer's expense, according to the information available here. You may return the item(s) within 15 days and should follow these procedures:
1. Fill out the form that follows along with the order, indicating which articles are to be returned and the reason for the return and if applicable the IBAN for reimbursement.
2. 2. Pack the items in their original packaging, properly closed and in the condition you received it. Place the previously completed return form inside the package along with the invoice.International returns: In order to request collection of the order send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of the order you wish to return, the collection address and the desired date (working days). It is recommended that the collection address be a place with extended availability to ensure that the collection is successful. On the day of collection you will receive an e-mail and/or SMS from the carrier indicating the time interval in which the order will be processed.Returns Islands: The items to be returned should be sent to the address of origin, preferably in the original packaging, via CTT. Once the reception of the articles is validated we have 48 hours to check if the returned articles meet the necessary conditions to make the return.
In both situations, after receiving the item at our facilities, we will process it within an average period of one week (extended period in promotions/sales/Christmas or out of stock). As soon as your process is approved, the refund will be processed. In both cases you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.
Mike Davis - Class and Distinction S.A. will, upon receipt and review of the product, send you a return email acknowledging receipt of the order. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase, within an estimated period of 10/14 days, depending on your bank and the payment method used. For payments with ATM reference, the refund will be made by bank transfer, being extremely important to fill in the IBAN data on the return or exchange slip.
If the refund amount is incorrect, please send an email to email@example.com stating the situation, we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Mike Davis - Class and Distinction S.A, reserves the right to refuse returns reported or sent out after the established deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were purchased.
