In defense of consumer rights, the following alternative means of resolving incidences are available:
- Electronic Complaints Book: Under Decree Law No. 74/2017, MIKE DAVIS is present and available in the Electronic Complaints Book through the page www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
- In the event of a consumer dispute, you can turn to the Dispute Resolution website managed by the European Commission dedicated to helping consumers and traders resolve their disputes out of court: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage. We also inform you that for disputes originating from online purchases, you can resort to a resolution system, called the "ODR - Online Dispute Resolution/ ODR Platform", created by the EU.
Under article 17 and 18 of Law no. No. 144/2015, of September 8 the consumer can resort to the following entities for alternative resolution of consumer disputes:
